Tundra Town

Walt: use descriptive language

                                           Tundra Town

Kace Truded through  the jagged rocks barley staying stable. The ground had been slippy from melting snow "Urgh Gross!" said the young teen as she stomped on yak poo. She desperately kicked trying to remove the droppings from her shoes, she looked up at the short pointy town that lay in front. a sign stood lifelessly. "Tundra Town?" said Kace reading the message, "what kind of name is tundra town?" she said to no one, the bright red buildings looked as though they'd been untouched for weeks maybe even months behind it stood a wall of rocks blocking most of the sunlight "Hello-o!" she shouted. A few seconds past when some lights flickered and then all power from the small village had been turned on "whoa cool" said Kace shocked that anyone had noticed "hello?" came a voice from inside a small house to her left, she focused her gaze to a small mouse "hello?" it said again "um hello" said Kace terrified "oh hello there" said the mouse as if it was normal to see a talking mouse
"yo-you can talk?" Kace stammered "of course I can were have you been the stone age?" "u-umm no" she said "well ok then" said the mouse ushering her to come in. The mouse was wearing a small top hat with a red woolen jacket "umm who are you?" she asked curiously "The name's  Tick, Tundra Tick." what a silly name she thought. "Tea?" he offered handing her a small mug "Thanks" she said
putting it on a wooden table "So what brings you here?" said Tick "my father sent me to find refuge here" she said "Oh! I know you your father would come here with your every month! you used to love it" Said the mouse with joy "I thought those were just dreams" she said "well your welcome here anytime!" said the mouse "well here's the thing i kind of, moved out so, can I like live here?" "oh boy" said Tick sighing...

Production Recount

Production

I could feel my heart pounding against my chest like a drum when the first song came on, I was
mentally preparing for this then halfway through the production I heard the the line "MARCH!" and I realized there was no going back.
I staggered up to stage sweat running down my palms, we began singing I was soon lost in the rhythm it was only a few minutes but it felt like a lifetime. once it was over I stumbled down stage drowning in a flood of relief. we'd done it!

Journey

Journey

We trotted through the isolated wasteland. Horses forced to keep moving or left for dead. Dehydration scratching at our insides taking lives by the hour, But we still keep on forward. our masters would hit us if we stopped and we were determined not to lose in the game between life or death. I stumbled over the jagged rocks hurtling towards the soft sand my master flew across the ground hitting his head. I lost it and ran of into the barren landscape not caring how i would survive not thinking until i stumbled and fell into a pit of death...
